If this is happening, its an easy fix, please read the FAQ items at the bottom of this post for instructions on how to fix it. If you have EVER installed RAT before, you may start RAT after the update and nothing seems to happen. Please read this post on how to completely (cleanly) uninstall RAT.

The upgrade path MAY work for you, but as it has been almost a year of changes since the stable release version was updated, odds are, there are going to be issues. If you are using version 01107 or earlier of RAT, it is recommended that you completely start over with a clean database.
